Why wasn’t I informed about changes in the work/services provided website ?

We are constantly improving our Studio and our services. All changes which arise – related to improving the quality and stability of services. Unfortunately, you may experience force majeure, due to which we are not able to temporarily provide a service, so we reserve the right to make changes to the website without notice.

What license will I get for the downloaded material ?

We do not provide any licenses (we do not license or sublicense) the material you downloaded.
In the section “information about your orders” – you are temporarily given the source multimedia material downloaded by us solely for informational purposes, for a full-scale inspection and approval of subsequent layouts.

The site is in a strange language. What can be done?

To change the language of the website there is a picture of the flag
in your personal account under the logo “Fotoget.org” and to the
left of your username. Click on the flag picture and select the language
you understand. Translation is our courtesy to foreign customers, the
main language of the site is considered to be Russian. If you notice
inaccurate translation/error, we would be thankful if you report
about it – we will correct it.


How to save files in the cloud?

In the section “Information about your orders” below the button
“save to the computer”, there is a button for saving the file to
the cloud. Click on this button, and the file from our server (your
fotoget.org personal account) will be sent directly to the cloud
storage server, bypassing your computer. Thus, you get the following
benefits:

– quick save of the file (upload speed of the file is NOT LIMITED by
your Internet connection)

– no traffic (useful if you have limited Internet connection)

– time saving (no need to download the file to your computer and then
to upload the file from your computer to the cloud)

– storage reliability* of files is guaranteed by eminent services

– unlimited time of file storage in the cloud** (the file storage
time in personal fotoget.org account is limited)

*we are constantly improving provided services, but failures of
servers/network/software are possible, as a result, the file might
not be stored or not fully stored in the cloud, so we recommend you
to check the integrity of files saved to the cloud storage

**within the limits of disk space that you have on the cloud


Why do you need my password to Gmail / Dropbox / YandexDisk ?

We don’t need your password; we only need a confirmation that you
have rights to access your cloud storage.

When you click on the button to save the file to the cloud, a window
of the respective service will appear which you need to log in and
confirm access permission for our application to your service. If
you’re already logged in, login/password is not required.

PLEASE NOTE! WINDOW WHERE YOU ENTER THE USERNAME/PASSWORD IS THE
SERVICE WINDOW OF THE CLOUD STORAGE, and it has the address:

So we have no idea what data you enter there. Thus, access to your
account is securely protected.


Why is a vector file of poor quality?

Probably the file was opened not in a vector editor, or in the old
version of a vector editor. Before you contact technical support
concerning this problem, try to open a vector file in the latest
version of Coral Draw and Adobe Illustrator software.


Refund policy:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, or if we
failed to provide a service that you paid for in time (a delay
exceeding 24 hours from the time indicated in specifications), you
have 5 days from the day the service was not received (or after
receiving the service of poor quality) to require a partial/full
refund of the money paid for this service. It is necessary to write
the letter to technical support via e-mail [email protected],
specifying: – your username on fotoget.org; – a service which you
want to return the funds for; – the reason for the return. After
this, our specialist will contact you within 24 hours and solve the
issue.

We take personal information of our users very seriously. You have
provided us with great confidence by giving your personal
information. We always did, still do and will do everything to
preserve the confidentiality of your personal data. All confidential
information obtained from you will remain between us and will not be
disclosed/sold/distributed in any way to third persons.

If you need to ask a question that isn’t answered here, do it via

There are 2 ways to download 5 or more images at a time:
1) in the section “Select the service you want to use” – enter the picture number (or a link to the page with the picture).
You will see lines with information about the desired images. Select 5 and more pictures to the left of the sequence number of the row. When the number of images you have selected will correspond to one of the levels of discounts, the cost of the download will be automatically changed;

2) in the section “Select the service you want to use” after the appearance of a line with information about the picture, click on the “pending” button, after which the line will be transferred to the lower section “pending”.
Collect as many orders as you need this way.
Click on the button “DOWNLOAD XX FILES FOR YY USD” (where XX is the number of all pending files on each pages of the “Pending” tab, and YY is the sum of USD, which will be written off from your balance).

If during the last 24 hours you have downloaded 4 or less images – the discount will not be granted.

On holidays and weekends we often provide discounts.
On a day like this you will see the symbol “%” on our logo and instead of the text “downloading arts” it will say “SALE DAY!!!”.
In the section called “prices” you will see your daily prices for services (they will be crossed out) and the new ones (holiday prices), for example:

*TODAY is the current day from 00:01 to 23:59 MSK (UTC+3).
Holiday prices can differ on different holidays.

Please note that on public holidays there are special holiday prices, they are fixed and do not depend on the number of orders you make.
