To get to a profile’s notes section, click About beneath the cover photo and scroll down to Notes….Facebook Help Team
Go to your profile on Facebook if you’re on a computer.
Hover over More underneath your cover photo and select Manage Sections from the drop-down menu.
Select Notes from the drop-down menu.

Did Facebook remove notes?
In the fall of 2017, we were trying to understand why Facebook was removing the “Notes” feature from all of the Facebook-owned Instagram apps and was not restoring the notes. We found that Facebook had made a policy change requiring that all of the notes on people’s devices be wiped when the people deleted their accounts. We asked Facebook if we could access the notes we had made on individual people’s devices and received a response saying that they did not have the notes and that they could not access any.
This message is about the end of Facebook’s note feature. In October 2020, Facebook will discontinue the “Create and Edit” Note feature on Facebook Pages. Notes that have already been published will remain accessible for a year from the time of publication. Notes that were never published will stay in search results for two years from the time of publication.
